He specialises in workflow optimisation, QA/QC systems, and operational transformation within complex technical environments.
His experience across multiple sectors of the engineering and construction industry has given him a strong understanding of project delivery, operational efficiency, and systems thinking — forming the foundation for Overhead Zero's mission to help firms increase delivery capacity, improve margins, and reduce operational friction through intelligent systems.

With over 25 years' experience in construction, BIM, digital project delivery, and information management, Rubens has worked across design, coordination, project controls, and client-side information governance.
He specialises in BIM strategy, ISO 19650-aligned information management, workflow optimisation, QA/QC systems, and AI-enabled delivery processes. At Overhead Zero, Rubens focuses on helping AEC firms reduce operational friction, improve information quality, protect senior capacity, and deliver more work with the same team through intelligent systems and better delivery processes.
